No, our office is specialized on dispensing prescription eyeglasses.

What’s the turnaround time of getting glasses?

Single vision glasses can take 1-3 business days

Bifocal and Progressive 7-10 business day.

If you are using MassHealth, it might take up to 4 weeks.

Can you buff out the scratches from the lenses?

Unfortunately, no. You need to get new lenses.

Do you take Flex Spending Card?

Yes, we do.

Do transitions work inside the car?

No, transitions work only on direct sunlight.

Does Medicare pay for prescription glasses?

Medicare covers eyeglasses only 1 time after the cataract surgery.

What’s the difference between bifocal and progressive lenses?

o   Bifocal lenses are designed to correct your distance and near vision with a visible line, where the top part is for distance and the bottom for reading. Bifocal lenses don’t have a correction for mid-range (for example computer work).

o   Progressive lenses embody multiple lens powers including distance, intermediate(computer) and reading. It creates a smooth and natural transition between distances, and it is cosmetically appealing.

Can you tint my lenses?

We can tint only lenses that have a tintable coating and lenses that are free from any antireflective coating.
